Each person has been created uniquely and is wonderfully designed.  We have been given a mind, a body and a spirit. When any one of those parts is out of balance, due to the stresses and circumstances of life, the other two will fall out of balance as well. 

You are a gift from the Creator, with unique gifts and abilities.  You are important and valuable.  Investing in your health, mind, body and spirit, is the greatest gift that you can give to yourself and others.
